Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes styles or sizing might not be quite right and if you do need to return an item we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund as long as all items are returned to us within 7 days of purchase in perfect saleable/unused condition with ALL original labels attached. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are sorry that we cannot accept your request. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Breast pump & breast pump accessories
  • Maternity/Breastfeeding pillow
  • Teething necklaces
  • Underwear & Swimwear
  • Waterwipes
  • Sale items

To process your return, you will need to get in touch with us via email contact@mamisuae.com and tell us what has gone wrong with your order and why you would like a refund or exchange. Please make sure you attach to your email a scanned copy of the receipt, proof of purchase or delivery note. Please note original of these will also have to be sent back with your returned item. Under no circumstance send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your returned items reaches us we will assess the item(s) and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. In most cases, a refund will be given on a returned item, however items that were on sale or are not in stock any more cannot be returned unless they present a manufacturer defect or damage. If the item is out of stock we will inform you what is the expected waiting time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your items are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply in the case of manufacturer defect or damage.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

You may Cancel your order prior to dispatch (normally within 2 hours of placing your order). After dispatch your order will follow the returns and exchange policy described above.
